Traffic fees
It's driver responsibility all the infractions committed during the vehicle rental period.
Car delivery after lease period time
The lease period is in a 24 hour basis. One (1 extra day) will have place has a debit of overtime when the conductor dont deliver the car in the schedule previously established.
Automaticly excluded from insurance
It is forbidden in accordance with the European Union and Portuguese law, driving under the effect of the Alcohol or narcotics, being automatically the conductor in infraction respective apolìce of insurances.
